Guillermo Fernández
Guillermo has dedicated over 18 years to working as a consultant bringing value to clients within the TMT market. He has worked on six continents with a special emphasis on Europe and the Americas, where he has participated in over 100 assignments covering due diligence, strategy projects, legal support and regulation among other areas. He has covered many areas of the TMT fields, including mobile and broadcasting infrastructure (incl. DAS and small cells), access and core fibre, satellite and submarine cables, data centres, cloud/SaaS services, content providers and system integrators. He has advised clients on complex processes such as infrastructure carve-outs and commercial and technical strategy reviews. Guillermo oversees the Madrid office and is acting as COO and has been an active element in the human and structural growth of Fide Partners since its joining.
Before entering Fide Partners, Guillermo worked for ten years as a Manager for Analysys Mason, three years at PwC Spain and one year at Toshiba in Kawasaki.
Guillermo holds an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering and speaks Spanish, English and French fluently.
