Hans Heinsohn

With more than 12 years of experience in strategic and management consulting, banking, financial derivatives and commercial strategy, Hans has worked in Latin America and Europe in leading companies, acquiring extensive experience in transaction support (M&A), economic research, business plan development from structuring to market launch and economic competition.

In the last 6 years he has specialised in the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) sector specifically in the areas of economic regulation, competition, strategic planning, digital economy and the execution of due-diligence processes for private investors associated with fibre optic assets, broadcasting, mobile sites, data centres, submarine cables and IT operators. Hans has participated in +65 international strategic and management consulting projects as a Project Manager and as a senior team member, leading teams of 2-8 consultants, technical experts and legal teams.

He also has extensive experience in scouting and recruitment processes at all levels of the organisations and leading multidisciplinary and international teams.
Hans is an Economist from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, with a Master in Corporate Finance from EADA Business School and a Master in Business Management from the Universidad Central de Cataluña. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
