With over 30 years of experience in the global data centre industry, Michael has built a strong track record advising senior executives and organisations on complex digital infrastructure projects across Europe, North America, and emerging markets. Acting as a trusted advisor and change agent, [he/she] has supported C-level stakeholders in assessing current operations, defining strategic roadmaps, and ensuring successful implementation across large-scale initiatives.
Michael’s expertise spans the full data centre lifecycle, including engineering, site enablement, PUE optimisation, and technical design across power, cooling, UPS systems, and DCIM. He has worked with leading organisations across industries, including hyperscalers, financial institutions, energy providers, and global technology companies. Notably, he has supported the development of long-term data centre strategies, advised on supplier selection for large-scale deployments, and contributed to high-value projects exceeding €1 billion in investment.
Prior to joining Fide Partners, Michael held multiple senior roles across the data centre and engineering consulting space, working at the intersection of technical delivery and strategic advisory. He combines deep technical expertise with a strong ability to align cross-functional teams across sales, service, and operations to deliver impactful and sustainable outcomes.
