Natalia brings over 6 years of experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, with a focus on strategic planning, public/regulatory policy, and project implementation. Her recent roles at the Ministry of ICT and the CRC (Colombian TMT national regulatory agency) have sharpened her expertise in these areas.
With a background in economics and specialized training in Regulation and Management in ICT, Telecommunications, and the Digital Ecosystem, Natalia brings a wealth of experience in public policy, regulation, and project structuring and execution within the ICT sector. Her expertise encompasses the development of high-impact social investment projects and the analysis of statistics in the field.
Natalia also has experience as a university lecturer in the fields of microeconomics, digital society, and economic development, where she has excelled as an educator.
